Bio

I write and perform in Los Angeles. My first screenplay Stone was included in the Outfest Screenwriter’s Lab and my second script Drool won the Slamdance Screenwriting Competition. I directed Drool, now streaming on Amazon Prime Video. I won a short screenwriting competition with my short Shave which was then produced by Christine Vachon and Killer Films. My TV pilot Georgie Girl was a finalist in the Austin Film Festival’s sitcom competition. I'm a high school theatre teacher at Eagle Rock H.S. where I directed my original musical Mick & Beth Rule the School an adaptation of Macbeth set to an 80s new wave soundtrack.  It's published by Gitelman & Good Publishers. I've written several short stories, personal essays and plays.  My most recent play, Vigil, is based on the time my father was on his death bed.  It's a comedy.  I live with my wife, pug, Ziggy and chug, Bo, in Los Angeles.
